Find your computer specifications

We take the Windows 10 operating system PC as an example.  The similar operation processes are applied on Windows 7 and Windows 8 computer. 

1. Check Windows version, processor, and RAM

  •  To open System information, right-click the Start icon and select System. OR search "system information" directly

  • System specifications are displayed

2. Check/change screen resolution 

  • To open Advanced display settings, Search for screen resolution from the Start menu and select Change the screen resolution

  • Check current screen resolution and change if necessary. Screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher is required.current screen resolution 
  • Click Apply to apply and save any changes.

3. Check USB port  

  • To open Device Manager, right-click the Start icon and select Device Manager
  • Expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers option and check that you have either USB2 or USB3

4. Check Graphic card

  • To open Device Manager, right-click Start icon in the bottom left corner of screen and select screen Device Manager.
  • Expand Display adapters to check if you have the Intel graphic card.
