The camera is properly connected and Futudent recording software is opened, and the camera name is listed in the camera options. However, there are no images/previews on the home screen. Please note that the home screen may display as "No camera detected".
Suggestion: privacy settings
On a Windows 10 device, search for "Privacy Settings" and open the app, then click "Camera".
Please ensure you have granted all the access rights to Futudent Camera and software.
Suggestion: block by anti-virus software
If the anti-virus software(s) are installed locally on the PC, for example, Kaspersky, Norton, McAfee, Avast or others. Please make sure the trust access rights have granted to Futudent Software and camera.
